Nicole has been practicing personal injury law for almost a decade. Prior to becoming a Plaintiff's attorney, Nicole worked for a defense firm where she defended the insurance company and their insured. Her work at the defense firm has given her the rare ability to evaluate a case and maneuver the case in a position most favorable for the injured party.

Robert started his legal career practicing business law and family law. After gaining valuable court experience in family law, Robert wanted to pursue trial work in a plaintiff-focused firm. Now, as one of the managing partners at Ayala, Morgan, and Buzzard, he has that ability. Robert has successfully recovered for clients in disputed liability cases regarding public entities, slips, and falls, injuries sustained by the negligence of police officers, workplace harassment, domestic violence, property rights, dangerous conditions on public property, dog bites, slap injuries, and cases related to contribute liabilities of multiple parties.

Robert has successfully litigated over 30 bench trials.

Tom has both his Paralegal Degree and his Doctorate of Law and has been working in the Plaintiff’s industry for over a decade. Tom has handled wrongful death, complex Tort litigation, successfully recovered for clients in disputed liability cases regarding public entities, slip and falls, dangerous conditions on public property, adjacent landowner duties, dog bites, insurance breach of contract: bad faith actions; complex injury cases involving displaced heart stents, traumatic brain injuries, cerebral ectopia, complex regional pain syndrome, slap injuries, asthmatic reactions to airbag deployment, and cases related to contributive liabilities of multiple parties.
